THE FAMILY COLLECTION

I have always thought it is so important to document the family, mostly because for me I am never often in my images….

I was always interested in the posed but not too controlled with a studio setting. I like that the family portrait is represented by their environment.

This is the documentary part of me. 

I also really like allowing the family to stand and sit where they want to. Not controlling the situation too much as interesting to see where each member decides where they want to be. This Is the psychological part of me and a nod to Thomas struth’s families.

Once the space is located and the family sit or stand, it is a quick process. Offering one image as I am all about the unique, and this is printed as an a3 copy on archival print paper. This is important as you get a digital copy but also a hard copy to frame.

Within London- I charge a total of £250 for travel, and print including digital copy.

Outside London- travel needs to be incorporated.
